School will dismiss early on Thursday November, 6th. Busses will depart at 2:45 and parent teacher conferences will be held from 3pm-9pm. There are no set times for high school students so families may drop in anytime during the hours of 3-9.

We are incredibly grateful to our back-to-school sponsors! Thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide a free meal at our Back-to-School event and will be able to provide food at family events at BCN in the future.

Barnes County North is looking for a Junior High volleyball coach for the 2025 season. If interested or have questions please call BCN school at 701-646-6202. Practice starts on Monday August 18.

Join us for Back to School Night on August 14th from 5-7!

There will be a player & parent meeting for girls in grades 7-12 who will be playing volleyball this season on Monday August 18th at 3:00. 7-12 grade volleyball practice will start after the meeting.

Ms. Kristensen is excited to get in another basketball workout with BCN students! Please see the attached flyer and note the minor changes… 4th grade is in the first group, and 5th and up. Hope to see you there!

Make a Difference from the Sidelines—Come Coach With Us!

We are thrilled to announce that our school will be hosting a fun Bingo game for students in grades PK-12 on Friday, April 25th! The game will be played over the intercom in classrooms right after morning announcements. Students can participate in three rounds of Bingo with a free-will monetary donation. The peer leaders will be selling the bingo cards on Wednesday (4-23) and Thursday (4-24) of that week. High school students can purchase them in the morning in the commons. The peer leaders will go to the classrooms to collect money from the elementary students. Winners will go to the front office to claim their prizes. Thank you to BCN Student Counsil for providing the prizes!! This event is hosted by our 6th grade peer leaders to raise funds for their service-learning projects. They have been making tie blankets and will be baking at the Ronald McDonald House, putting together birthday cake pans for the food pantry, and creating kindness rocks to place around the community!

The football meeting scheduled for today for 8-11 grade students has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. It will be rescheduled to a later date.

There will be no school or activities today at BCN.

All after school activities & practices have been canceled on Tuesday April 1st.
