It’s Book Fair week!
ALL BCN Families and Community Members are invited to come shop the Book Fair starting this Friday, November 1st! It will run through Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, November 7th.
You can shop in person Nov. 1st, 4th, 5th, & 6th from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and November 7th from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

We would like to remind everyone that school and buses will run two hours late on Wednesday, October 23rd due to professional development. There will be no breakfast served.

There have been changes to our late start dates which will now include a date in both November and December and removing the one in February.

Ian Elston attended his first Superintendent’s Student Cabinet Meeting on September 30th.
This cabinet serves as a forum for North Dakota students of different grade levels, backgrounds, cultures, and school sizes. Students are given the opportunity to share what is happening within their school districts and give input on where they believe improvements can be made. Ian shared that the most interesting part of the meeting was learning about flex scheduling as he hadn’t heard of it before. The part of the meeting he appreciated the most was being able to share input along with other schools. More information can be found at
