Barnes County North School District 007 will hold its annual school board election on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
The purpose of this election is to fill the three open three-year terms for school board officials currently held by Cynthia Christianson, Bret Fehr, and Michele Elston and to fill the one open one-year term for school board official currently held by Kody Amann, as well as for the question of publication of school board minutes.
Michele Elston, Cynthia Christianson, Tyler James Schlecht, and Bret Fehr have filed to be on the ballot for the three-year positions and Kody Amann has filed to be on the ballot for the one-year position.
Polls will be open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Barnes County North School. Contact the Business Manager at 701-646-6202 or via email at Lindsay.Polk@k12.nd.us if you have questions or to request an absentee ballot.

BCN competed at the regional speech meet today. Julia got 3rd in Dramatic, 1st in EPR state qualifying. Allison got 1st in Serious and 1st in Impromptu state qualifying in both. Congratulations to Coach Bryn who received Region 5 coach of the year!
