SCHOOL BOARD VACANCY
The Barnes County North School Board is seeking candidates to fill a vacated seat for the rest of the 2022-2023 term.

Applications will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 & may also be dropped off at the Barnes County North School. The Barnes County North School Board will make the final decision on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

We are still accepting cereal to donate to local food pantries through conferences next Tuesday, November 22nd!! We are unable to do a dominoes celebration with so few, but would like to have the kids celebrate!! Please send if you are able to.
The Damsel in Defense offering schedule at BCN tomorrow Saturday November 12th has been cancelled.
We are sad that we don't get to celebrate our veterans with lunch and the program today. Sadly, we will not be rescheduling, but look forward to seeing everyone next year! Please share these posters our elementary educators and students did to welcome our veterans into the building.
Due to the impending weather, tomorrow, Thursday November 10th, will be an e-learning day at BCN. E-learning plans were emailed out the other day and they can also be viewed on the school website. Please check your email for rescheduled Parent-teacher conference information.
There will be no wrestling practice today for BCN students.
As a result of the worsening weather there will be no elementary boys' basketball practice today after school.
The junior high girls' basketball team will be done with practice by the end of school and riding the buses home to ensure they have enough practices in before their first game.

BEK communications is experiencing technical issues. We have the district volleyball tournament streaming on our BCN Facebook page and are working on getting it on the NFHS Network
Due to the district volleyball tournament, there will be no elementary boys basketball practice today.
Our Title 1 educators have worked extremely hard to plan events to engage our families and community members. We would love to have you be a part of this day for our students!
