The Barnes County North School District is in need of subs. Areas in need of subs include: classrooms, kitchen, and transportation. If you are interested and would like more information, please contact Mr. Currie at 646-6202. Background checks and specific certifications may be required.
Bus Drivers:
Barnes County North Public School District is looking for bus drivers. Positions available: Full-time, part-time, and activity bus drivers. Need Class B CDL plus passenger & school bus endorsement. Training available to help obtain license. We have a very well-maintained fleet of newer Freightliner C2 School Buses with automatic transmissions. Welcome back to school and the start of home sporting events. Once again the BCN Booster Club is looking for groups or clubs to volunteer to serve at our home VB and BB games this year. Bison Buddy is Back!!!
Bison Buddy is a chance for kids in grades 2-6 to be part of the team during the Bison Volleyball / Girls Basketball / Boys Basketball home games. They will sit on the bench with the team and be announced during the starting line up! The first home Volleyball match is already coming up on Tuesday, August 30th, so if you would like your child to be a Bison Buddy, please email your child’s name to Jessie Albrecht at: jalbrecht10@gmail.com You can also indicate if your child needs a t-shirt, or if they have one from being a Bison Buddy previously they can use that if they want to. Scherlings Picture Day:
Scherlings will be at BCN on Tuesday, September 6th at 7:30 am to take student pictures. Order forms were given to students this week, and you can place your order online or fill out the order form and send it with your child. Make-up/Retakes will be done on Tuesday, October 11th, as well as class groups and the whole school picture. Class group order envelopes will be sent home when the date gets closer.
