The Bisonettes Dance Team is hosting an open house on Sunday, September 10th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Project Ignite Light, with a parent’s meeting at 7:30 pm. Any student in grade 7-12 who is interested in learning more about the dance team is welcome to attend (no dance experience required)! Please wear athletic clothes, hair up, and bring a water bottle. Students will meet the coaches and returning dancers and learn a short dance combo. Please email: BisonettesDT@gmail.com with any questions.

Thank you all for your interest in supporting our students’ passions and interests! I have updated the letter to add some additional passion areas for high schoolers and volunteers to support K-2 assigned Learning Labs. We are still looking for another elementary Learning Lab “sport” for rotation 1; specifically, football.
Please don’t be discouraged if:
• You can’t make every date work (we can help find someone to cover)
• You’re worried about planning 6 hours of activities (we can help or go with the flow; this is so students can experience a variety of activities that we can’t do without help)
• There are too many kids (we can cap group sizes to your comfort level and educators will be available for support)
• You’re worried about materials or supplies (we can help you get what you need!)
This is new to us, but we are excited to see how successful it can be and can’t do it without our community. I will be following up with volunteers for rotation 1 the last week in August.
