Happy Birthday (last Sunday), Ms. Hanson!

Reminder: There is no school tomorrow due to a staff in-service. See you Tuesday!

We are excited to see you at Back to School Night tomorrow, August 14th from 5-7.

BCN is looking for an elementary boy's basketball coach for the 2023 season. Interested parties should contact Mr. Wilson at lloyd.wilson@k12.nd.us or at 701-646-6202. The elementary boy's season will run from October 9 to approximately November 17th.

Thank you all for your interest in supporting our students’ passions and interests! I have updated the letter to add some additional passion areas for high schoolers and volunteers to support K-2 assigned Learning Labs. We are still looking for another elementary Learning Lab “sport” for rotation 1; specifically, football.
Please don’t be discouraged if:
• You can’t make every date work (we can help find someone to cover)
• You’re worried about planning 6 hours of activities (we can help or go with the flow; this is so students can experience a variety of activities that we can’t do without help)
• There are too many kids (we can cap group sizes to your comfort level and educators will be available for support)
• You’re worried about materials or supplies (we can help you get what you need!)
This is new to us, but we are excited to see how successful it can be and can’t do it without our community. I will be following up with volunteers for rotation 1 the last week in August.

Please see the attachment about Elementary Learning Labs! We would love to have you volunteer to be able to provide these opportunities for our students.

For all students in grades 7-12 who may be interested in participating in cross-country this year please contact the front office with your name and grade level.
