We are inviting you to help us celebrate the end of Reading Month with a Tailgating Party! Our March Reading Month theme this year is Sports, and we have some fun events planned for the students. What better way to wrap up, than with a tailgating party?!?

BCN is looking for 4-year-old children in the district for PreK Screening, which will be held on Friday, March 15th beginning at 8:00 am. Children must be 4 years old before August 1, 2024 to be eligible for PreK in the Fall.

The 6th grade peer leaders are organizing a non-perishable food drive. Each elementary class was assigned a goal. The class will have the opportunity to pie a peer leader in the face if they meet their goal. There will also be boxes in the commons for general donations! Let's support the Peer Leaders' food drive and help them give back to the community. All donations should be at the school by Thursday, February 15th.

Barnes County North is currently hiring for a boys and girls head track and field coach along with track and field assistant coaching positions. The track season has an opening start date of February 26th and the State Tournament ends May 25th.
The 1st and 2nd graders are taking part in The Great Gingerbread Exchange. They are sending letters to and receiving letters from 47 different states.
The 1st and 2nd graders journeyed around the world during our "Christmas Around the World" activities. We visited the countries of Germany, France, Japan, and Mexico.

Barnes County North is currently searching for a head volleyball coach for the 2024 season. Preference is for a coach with prior head coaching experience (not mandatory) to lead the program while also developing the lower-level programs such as middle school and elementary.
